Do you think you know what you're doing, now?Then, try it out but don't waste the effort in an Open League.  Come to where the flavor of competition is strong.  Come to Marlboro-I-mean-come-to-Jamaica-I-mean... Champs League.

I don't understand that one myself. If all the CL eligible owners chose CL instead of OL they would fill almost as quickly as OL do, which is the only reason given for why they choose them, they fill quickly.

Which is why we have the bills in Congress that we've seen over the last couple years, I'm sure.
