Help Identifying AAA Player Topic

Can anyone identify this AAA player that I have, because I have no clue as to how to do so.

His ratings are as follows:

control 7, velocity 1, effectiveness 4, stamina c

He has pitched in several games, has a recommended pitch count of 60 and has never once dropped below 100% fatigue, even after pitching 5 innings in a spot start. If someone could identify him for me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
