If I have a league that is partially filled when the coming update including the 2009 players is released Wednesday, what is the effect on teams already entered? Obviously with revised prices some teams that were barely under the cap could become slightly over it. As commissioner, will I be able to let them remain in the league without making adjustments? Or will those teams be forced to leave the league, adjust their rosters, then re-enter?

The way I read tzentmeyer's post on the update, theme league commissioners will have a choice as to whether or not to send teams back to draft center. Open leagues have no choice but to go back to draft center.
