Can anyone help me find the career leaders in BA/OBP/SLG in close and late situations? I am trying to explain to someone that Derek Jeter and his .289/.387/.420 over 1034 AB is very good, but not the greatest. I know there are plenty of better stats and some hitters that are not very good that may have just as good stats. It's part of an effort to disprove this gentleman's statement that Derek jeter is the most clutch player to ever play.
I've already tryied explaining that there's no such thing as clutch, but I think some more stats might help.
Thanks.
