when you using the WW should i expect to recieve all the plate appearances or is it pro rated. I'm 50 games in and wondering of about 400 PA's I would be entitled too

I figured because that wouldn't be fair to trade a person mid size and re-vamp all your stats. does the number they show then reflect what you are going to get.

the number they show is their seasonal totals...you will get to use a portion of that number based upon how many games into the season you are. For example, if the player shows 400 PA and you acquire him at the all star break (81 games in), you can expect 200 PA plus the 10% for a total of about 240 PA.

What happens when a player on the WW was previously released by an owner that had used up, for example 90%, of available PA and I want to claim him? If the player I am interested in shows 100 PA and I am half way through my season, seems like I should only expect to get the remaining 10% of PA, but this would not be evident from what the WW shows as PA. So if I am 50% through my season, the maximum I can be guaranteed of receiving would be 50% of PA but could actually be less depending on any previous usage of the player? If I haven't confused everyone, is this correct?

doesnt matter for you. same as with trading in your league. when you get a new player, he is prorated for the rest of your season. none of his prior stats hurt or help your team
