Signed 15 on the first cycle of the third day - one scholarship left - I had like $35k left for one player and I am still battling two SIMS for final player. I have spent $30,000 and can’t sign a guy where Tulane is my competition? Anyone experienced this?

You have to knock off the Sims early. Otherwise, they will be pesky. And you're in D1-A? $30K is nothing if you didn't turn him green early. If you really want this guy, spend your whole wad on him this cycle.

So I figured out the problem. I had spent $20,000 while neglecting to offer one campus visit. I always offer the max CV like everyone else. I guess it is probably impossible to sign a player without the CV

What did you use the 20K on if not campus visits?

I hate the "You are first on my list"...…then 2 days go by and boom they change
