I just did some quick data aggregation for fun (because I'm lame). Here's what I found.

1) In general, the Big 10 is the best conference across world. Their average Guess ranking is 1.8, meaning more that 50% of the worlds its the toughest conference. Its followed up by SEC (2.8), B12, ACC, Pac10, and then B-East.
2) Unsurprisingly, the BEAST in Wilkinson is the toughest conference in the game w/ an average team rating of 76. The next 3 toughest conferences are all B1G teams, led by Camp.
3) The worst is the Wilkinson MAC. Go get some wins.

I'm not surprised to see Big Ten Yost ranking among the best as almost every human game is a huge battle. I've had the #5 GUESS team and won the conference finishing 15-2 but also had the #6 GUESS team one year and finished 9-5.
