Keep your PT promises every game throughout the non-conference schedule, plus build up a little extra margin. Play those guys more than necessary against cupcakes in your schedule, or teams you know you cannot beat. Don't fall behind your promises and you'll be okay.
What stamina percentage you want to use is a complicated question. It'll vary from game to game, position to position and player to player. Consider starting out with all 95 or all 90 and watch the play-by-play closely and see what you like and what you need to change. The little green xo boxes will show you the lineup on each play.
