Here is something I did for fun. I had all the "best" teams go against each other in a massive tournament using the NBA sim matchup. I tried to have at least one or two teams from every franchise represented and used stats from bbref and championships to determine a 64 seed tournament. The results were very interesting. The winner of the whole thing may surprise you!!!


Champions= 94-95 Spurs who defeated the 85-86 Celtics in 6 games

I also tried to leave out teams that were very similar to each other. Its why there are only two MJ teams, one pre retirement one post retirement.

It says a lot about that Dennis Rodman.

Interesting project. I noticed strong representation from the years with the shortened three point line.
