How does the handling of minutes work in the playoffs? First time doing a season and need some clarification, thanks

Don't know for sure, but there is some kind of multiplying factor at work.  Guys get tired much more quickly and also seem to recover much more quickly.  There is a maximum 28 games per playoffs, so I wonder if there is some kind of accelerated 28/82 (14/41) ratio for minutes and recovery.

So I did a 10 game sim league and had had 9 guys who played in 71-82 games.  6 of those guys with a 80-99 defensive rating.  Minutes stayed about the same that they played in during the seasons I drafted them but 4 of my guys started to get tired at the end of the season and my leading scorer scoring numbers weren't as impressive in the last 4 like they were in the first 6 games.  I finished 7-3 but is this do to the up tempo offense which many prefer for people to run?

Interesting. It would be a real big help if someone could crack the code on this!

fatigue has a soft reset at the end of the season.  I say soft because anyone who is already extremely fatigued doesn't just magically go back to 100%.  However, nobody can go over 102% fatigue (the wis norm) at the reset.  There's no 10 game buffer in the playoffs like in the regular season, which is why you notice the change more.  Also, byes play a huge role in preserving fatigue, so it is really difficult to win a 'ship without one (because you likely will have to go through three teams that had them), but it does happen.

and nbafan, games played have nothing to do with this sim engine.  It uses total minutes only.
