why not just randomly assign one team in every open league an extra 4 million on their salary cap?

The randomness of Rookies is why I have refused to play in any League that uses them (unless designated as 1-1-1-A-A).

That's an example of what a joke and destruction to the salary cap they are.

I've actually had rookies rated 1-1-1 D that was my best rookie that year. Great offensive stats.

I'd personally like to see rookies removed and add more money to spend. Why is there rookies in whatifsports? Aren't we trying to make teams out of players from the past, not some made up players? Who ever thought to add them?

I imagine it was thought up in some brain dead storming session at FOX. Just making the salery cap $45 million somehow excaped them. Remember the only thing FOX is trying to create is wealth for their shareholders.
