I recently finished an OL. I went 48-34, got the 6th playoff seed, and advanced to the second round before bowing out. I'm relatively new around here and was wondering if some of the more experienced owners could give me some feedback on how I'm doing. Any and all feedback is appreciated. Thanks! A few things I see:

1.  If I am going with a Jordan for an OL I prefer 95-96 MJ.

2.  If you are going to go with MJ don't take Olajuwon.  Olajuwon doesn't give enough rebounding, doesn't stay on the court long enough due to fouls, and has too much usage to go with MJ

3.  Why not take 09-10 Kidd at PG?  He is the best value in the sim and gives you a lot of what you need.

4.  Your rebounding is horrible for an OL...28% OReb and 74% DReb in the starting lineup is wretched.  You need at least 40% Oreb and 90% Dreb.

too many minutes, not enough rebounds.  Minutes you want no more than 18k, and you have to be smart about your position effectiveness to get the most out of your crew.  Rebounds... you want more.  If you think you've got enough, stop what you're doing and try to get more.

That Hakeem is not worth $9.4M (which means he isn't worth drafting).  Your Big Men should shoot a high percentage from the field, get to the line a lot, or be absolute board lords.  Hakeem (that version... most versions, actually) does none of those things.  You're better off spending that money on a Dwight Howard (especially with MJ on the squad already) or going with lower usage guys like Ben Wallace or Marcus Camby who clean the glass & a higher efficiency, cheaper scorer somewhere else.

And in OLs, if you don't have a Dennis Rodman on your team, your team isn't as good as it could be.

Thanks for all the help. I actually have had 09-10 Kidd before, and he was great. I'll definitely get more rebounds in the future.
