"Now that the Spurs are past the halfway point of the NBA season, we thought we'd dust off our NBA simulation engine and see how this year's Spurs would fare against San Antonio's squads of the late 1990s and early 2000s."

Yep, they thought they'd dust off the good ole trusty NBA sim engine.  Maybe take ole Bessy for a ride, let her get some fresh air.  Maybe turn the crank once or twice and see if she'll fire up.

Unintended hilarity is hilarious.

There is the sim engine. 

The team with Brent Barry wins everything probably, because cookie cutters are what works best in the NBA.
