Might already be happening...in TheJuice's current tournament, one of the leagues has three 75 Morgans and three 76 Morgans.  Through 55 games, the current MVP vote looks like this:

1.) 76 Morgan (.317/.416/.710, 19 HR, 9 SB)
2.) 76 Morgan (.312/.422/.672, 18 HR, 14 SB)
5.) 75 Morgan (.288/.382/.520, 10 HR, 16 SB)

I would guess the league is playing roughly like a 110M-120M cap.  There are a couple of Morgans who are sucking wind bigtime, but I'd certainly take the performance above...in fact, 2 of them are mine, so I guess I have taken it.

being a glutton for punishment, I used Joe twice in round 1 of the WIS championship.

140mil league, Colt Stadium, league stats 257/326/372
Joe '75 hit 232/338/316 with 8 HR and 33 steals.

120mil league, Jefferson Street, league stats 262/340/414 (D+ arms or worse, pitchers 0.5 HR/9 or worse)
Joe '74 hit 272/380/461 with 25 HR and 73 SB

Overall I guess I can't complain.

I've always gotten great BB and SB numbers from Joe regardless of league and cap.  His HR are usually comparable to RL, but his average has been terrible.  He hasn't been worth the money I've paid, but I wouldn't say he's been a bust.
