Does anyone have a 1974 Progressive draft?  I'm always worried I'll miss someone in the older drafts...

This rule has quirky rules for drafting but it should be a decent baseline.

Those must be some kind of wild rules given the '74 WIS rookies that are missing from that 1st round.

I'm in that league, too - you can only draft players that at some point in their career played for your franchise. And players that played with one team their whole career are automatically assigned without the need to draft them.
