(1) Look at OAV#, BB/9#, HR/9#, IP/G, $/IP, and year
(2) Depends on your strategy and pitching.  In general the more Ks e your pitchers get, the less important fielding and range is.  The more modern your pitchers are, the less important fielding is.
(3) Just based off memory, he isn't particularly good.
