I know there are outlier seasons, but does the history show only OL stats or does it include theme leagues where the stats could be really out of whack.

True, but both OL and CL results can still be "out of whack", so be careful to weigh how many Performance History seasons a player has recorded so you know how much those outlier seasons might be impacting the average.

The problem with performance history always has been, and continues to be, the reflection of stats when players are "abused'. Still, it's all we have and if the sample size is great enough, the abuse factor is somewhat watered down.

I knew there would always be outlier seasons where someone may have way over or under performed.  I just didn't know if they showed the stats for a hitter in a 'all-coors, no pitcher league' because then they would really be skewed.  Thanks.
