Any opinions on his performance here?  I can draft him and make him the face of my franchise in a progressive at the outset (1963) of his career.

do you care more about price or finding quality players? Rose is consistantly good year after year and that is an asset for progrressives. He's not real popular in OLs because his salary isnt a bargain. I've had good results with his 1968 season.

No salary cap in this league so Rose's $/PA value isn't a factor. 

Unless I'm overlooking someone, Pete's clearly the player to take first in 1963.
