I've noticed lately that pretty much all the time, when a team is trailing 3-1 in a series and wins the next two games, they win Game 7 too.

This isn't a complaint, as I've been on both ends of it.  But has anyone else noticed that when a team is up 3-1 and allows the other team to tie the series, they hardly ever win Game 7?

Yup.  I've been on the short end of that three times in the TOC (once in the Finals, twice in the Semifinals) and also in my last WS.
