Actually using Dutch in Colt. I've convinced myself, rightly or wrongly, that Colt is a pretty good pitcher's park that doesn't unreasonably suppress the power hitters in my own lineup (-1/-1) and lets Willie McGee hit his triples (+1).
Dutch hasn't given up any HR's yet, but I'm sure that will change -- probably as a result of posting this thread in the first place. And, to respond to alebenta, 0.24/.126 is obviously better than the usual ERA/OAV performance Dutch gives me. All I meant was that typically his pitching lines for me are good and worth the $8.9 MM expense.
I kind of like that whole cadre of ultralow OAV/ERA, low IP (200-250) guys in the $7.5-$9 MM range -- Dutch, Doc White `06, Mordecai Brown `04, etc. though it requires juggling my rotations a lot and looking for lots of innings elsewhere to compensate.
