I don't recall seeing one before, and Walter Johnson just threw one a few days ago in one of my leagues - unfortunatly not for me, fortunately not against me either ...

It's possible they are less rare since there are so many owners now using pitchers' parks and offenses that emphasize speedy switch-hitters instead of high-BB on-base hitters. Walks leave a lot of no-hitters intact but spoil the perfecto bids...
