Waiver Wire Glitch Topic

I don't know it anyone else has ever experienced this problem, but it is something that can cost you dearly and needs to be addressed. Yesterday, while attempting to upgrade my starting rotation before the upcoming transaction deadline, I released three relievers off my roster to create available cash for the pitcher I wanted to take off the waiver wire. However, after making the necessary roster moves, when I clicked the red box next to the name of the pitcher I wanted off the waiver wire, the sim wouldn't let me draft him even though I had enough cash to cover for the desired pitcher and would have stll had more than 1,200 innings on my roster. I submitted a ticket and received an email stating that my ticket had been "upgraded to the appropriate department for further review"

With this in mind, I have two questions: (1) has anyone else ever experienced this problem? and (2) what does it mean when a ticket is "upgraded"?

If the problem was on there end .Make sure they give you the pitcher you where trying to pick up.As I am sure he is not on the wire any more.

Question, did you still have the minimum required # of players on your roster after dropping 3 and picking up 1?

If you are at 22 players, the sim won't let you pick up a player and drop another player....even though you would remain at 22 players. Happened to me a couple of times. I don't know why the logic is like that.

Good observation Napolean and TRrrr because the minimum number of players on my roster never even crossed my mind. Perhaps that was the problem. I will check it out.
