Which is the most important?

Which of these pitchers will allow the most HR, given the same home park?

A: HR9 0.29, HR9+ 84.

B: HR9 0.78, HR9+ 145.

1) Just use HR/9#
2) See this thread.
3) Look at the chart below.

Answer is pitcher B by a long shot.

B is the answer. So A is the better pitcher, at least at HR allowance.
