Posted game of the week is two months old now. I know I've submitted at least one candidate. Why even have this if they're not going to keep up with it. Maybe it's now game of the year....

Simple solution. Change the name to "Game of the Year" and then everyone will be happy with how frequently they update it!

I know it was fun to see my game up there when it was accepted, but even I'm ready to see something else there.

If admin ever does dust off the GOW feature, I'd like to see a shift in game selection. In the past, they've always focused on high leverage playoff games. Sometimes these games can be quite boring outside of the context of the playoffs.

Instead, I'd like to see the crazy statistical aberration games. I want to see the box scores when Henderson steals 8 bases, Ryan strikes out 21, games like when King Felix hitting a grand slam off Johan Santana.

Well I put a Zero/Zero game into the 14th up for THE NEW GAME OF THE WEEK.

It seems to me Larry Jackson got robbed of the POG. Granted Lee Maye had 1 more RBI, but in addition to his 6 hits (including 2 doubles and a home run) Jackson also pitched a CG allowing only 1 run.

I've seen pitchers get POG for their hitting, but I'm pretty sure WIS doesn't add hitting and pitching accomplishments together when deciding on a POG.

they should. i'd like to see pitchers also get considered in mvp balloting. i know its not impt, but sometimes you have a really dominant starter, why not include him. i have an 08 mathewson who's 41-6 with a 1.82 era who is pretty damn valuable. leads the league in innings pitched and era and wins. anywho, would be nice to see

The powers that be are too busy banning longtime customers for stupid reasons to update the GOW.
