44 = fatigue level where 100% is full effectiveness.
61 = fatigue level after next game
39 = number of pitches over allocation he has thrown*
*For example say a pitcher has 1000 pitches allocated to him for a season, after game 10 he is at 39% over allocation. His allocation is 62 pitches and he has thrown 86 pitches.
