SIM players HOF Topic

Since the topic of who or who should not be in Cooperstown, how about we decide who deserves to be in the SIM HOF?

I nominate 1985 Willie McGee for Centerfield.

Amy turned me on to him when we were partners and I use him all the time. He is always money no matter what field he plays on. He wins the MVP alot and is a benefit in centerfield.

I can go the other direction and say that Joe Morgan is a HOF in 'real life', but a total Hall of Shamer in WIS.

I think HOF total value all time (not just since the update)

I nominate starting pitcher Bob Caruthers '86. The total package, pitched lots of innings and hit like a fiend.

It's a niche, but greatest Game 1 playoff starter:

If HOF is a "value" proposition, then you have to have the 1993 Tony Phillips as your second baseman

You can't be in the HOF if a majority of voters have never heard of you, sorry. He has only been used 3 times and his numbers were...average at best. Same with '98 Rickey.

Does Max Bishop deserve a place in our HOF? He used to be the best.

Cy Williams definitely needs to be on the list. I would also add Spud Chandler '43 to my personal HoF.
