I have a Setup A (Springer) and a Closer A (Franklin) ready and at 100 %.

Smoltz (Setup B) comes in in the bottom of the 9th in a 4-1 game (save situation, last time I checked). He promptly gives up 3 singles and a bases loaded walk before getting two outs.

Then, with Springer and Franklin STILL available, Sparky brings in Long A Marquis, who serves up a bases clearing double to end the game.

I understand glitches happen, but there's really no excuse for something like this.
