he pitched 8 ip/g in real life you dont need to limit his pitch counts. just know that if he throws a lot of pitches he'll take a loooong time to recover. at 80% he's still better than most pitchers so if it's the last game of the playoffs go ahead and use him. if it's a normal everyday game you're better off saving him until he's closer to 100%. you only get 25-35 innings from him why waste them pitching fatigued?

I think the effects of fatigue at 80% are minimal (which is not something I agree with, incidentally).

If it's Milacki's last game of the season, I'd leave him in for 120 pitches.
