WHIP# seems borderline useless. Because of some weird things going on related to double plays, many pitchers will have OAV# higher than their OAV and BB/9# higher than their RL BB/9; nevertheless, they will show a WHIP# lower than their RL WHIP. In reality they are going to pitch like a pitcher with a higher WHIP than their RL. WHIP# can be useful for sorting players, but when actually deciding who to draft OAV, OAV#, WHIP, WHIP#, HR/9, and HR/9+ are the most important stats to consider. Things like WHIP and ERC don't factor into the actual decision tree at all.
