I'm giving away the active teams. I tried my very best, and nothing I do can build a team that is anything other than utterly wretched. I'm just pouring my money down a drain, as I don't get any pleasure from managing the worst teams in the league. Enjoy a challenge? See if you can turn them around. Let me know in this thread and I'll have admin transfer them to you. I'd like them to go to separate owners if possible.
Team 1 - Clone league. I have the best Ruth, Gehrig, Mantle, Lajoie, etc, and they can't hit .200. We're in last place by a ton despite an excellent defense and pitching.
Team 2 - $111m open. This one I screwed up by picking all defense. My bad. Last place by a landslide.
Team 3 - HR league. I have all the best HR/100AB# guys at every position (except 2B- messed that one up) but they don't hit homers whatsoever. Or win. This team is the best of the bunch, because they're 2nd-to-last.
The five unused teams I'd like to trade for hockey teams, One-for-one. Since baseball teams cost more than hockey, you're getting the better end of the deal. Sitemail me and we'll get it figured out.
