Limiting $/PA and $/IP Topic

I was thinking about setting up a league wher ther would be no sallary cap, but all players and pitchers would be limited by a maximum $/IP and $/PA. Is there a way to do this with the theme league wizard?

I couldn't find it on the theme league wizard thing. Send in a ticket, admin might be able to help.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure admin would be able to blacklist all the players above certain threshholds of $/IP and $/PA. If not you can just check the rosters quickly...
