I would do:
Young, Starter 1, 80-90 PC, pull 1
Bernhard, Starter 2A, 110-115 PC, pull 1
Brown Starer 2B, 95-105 PC, pull 1

And then make adjustments later if needed...

Cy would need a low pitch count to throw every other game. you would need adeqaute long relief and more setup innings. My preference would be to use a spot starter the first time through the rotation and often enough to keep Cy rested.

Well 58 less inning and $800k cheaper.But I would take 1905 over 1904.Heck you can get a ok Bullpen guy with 30 in for the $800K.Then only 28 less innings.
