In leagues where you have to tie your ballpark to a particular player, what do you do w/ some of the deadball guys that don't have a stadium?

I'm sure there are more but

<1900 Orioles played at Union Park - not in WIS
1886 KC Cowboys played at Association Park - not in WIS
1888 Brown Sox (Brown's) played at Sportsman Park but the 1st WIS listing for Sportsman is 1902

In leagues I've played where this has come up the ruling has always been to use the stadium either previous to or following the missing stadium for said team/player.

In cases where that still wouldn't work, I think you'd just have to come up with a solution on the fly: such as using WIS Park, or a stadium from the same era with similar dimensions...

I guess that will have to work for now....any of you out there know if there are plans afoot to add these type stadiums?
