I like to have a team that is balanced. All of the things you listed ...hitting, pitching, fielding are important. I have been on the site for a long time and I have seen many changes, but I like where the site is now more than ever. If you have a weakness on your team, it will get exposed. Even with the changes my teams are still having success, but if I had to pinpoint one thing that is giving me some problems, it would be pitching fatigue. Even with drafting about 1250 I am running into serious issues. Even though they lowered some of the pitcher's slalary, it is a little more challenging in selecting pitchers. Guys like Maddux, Big Train Johnson and some other big names are not as dominant as they were in the past. Hope this helps and good luck.
