when you check the box allowing starters to come in relief what is the hierarchy for them getting the call? Would they come in front of your closer A if they had better stats or are they last arm to get a call even after mop ups? thx

I think they're something like Long Bs. Not great use of a very high quality starter, only if you have a mediocre innings eater with even more innings to eat.
