I was browsing in a Goodwill store today -- and before my eyes appeared a Ken O'Dea model catcher's mitt in very good condition. It cost me $5.99, and looks great on the shelf next to my well worn 1955 Rawlings Mantle model.

The brand on the glove reads only "Sporting Goods 4255," plus the Ken O'Dea signature.

I no longer have the Clyde Kluttz model I used to catch in Little League, but the O'Dea is a nice substitute.
