Performance History WHIP Topic

When I look at Performance History for a pitcher and then look at the SimLeague Pitching Statistics section, where the Best, Worst and Average lines are, it seems that the WHIP numbers are all wrong. I have looked at several pitchers and all seem very high. For example, 1976 Mark Fidrych shows 3.18/6.53/4.02 for Best/Worst/Average.Am I missing something?
