Why can WIS pay out free teams to a WS champion immediately, but it's not possible to do the same with credits for the runnerup? The runnerup has to wait a day.

(And, yes, this means I just lost another WS, and have now gone 16 months without a championship. My team lost by a run in the 12th inning of the 7th game.)

Reward points vs site credits.... The site credit posting happens about 11:30. That's when it reviews all leagues to determine whether playoff series need to be scheduled, leagues need to be scheduled, and whether teams lost playoff series and should have credits added.

Reward points happen only with winning a WS or TOC. They are unique, and not a part of the site credit posting.

At least this is my understanding of their business flow.
