Playoff Fatigue Topic

Anyone give me an overview since the update. Does it help to keep your players below there actual PA/ IP by the end of the season, or as long as they end the year at 100% your good to go? Are players rested in between rounds in the playoffs? I have clinched already but have a chance to go for the best overall record and get home field throughout the playoffs, better to keep everyone below there real life PA/IP ( keep in mind when I say real life I'm including the 10% bump in the calculation ) or better to keep them under the total for playoff purposes? BTW - I have the best home record in the league.

Players stay at 100% effectiveness as long as they don't go over 110% of their real life PAs or IP(its actually pitch allotment, but IP is easier on your eyeballs and brain and is accurate enough). Once you enter the playoffs all players are assumed to have used at least 95% of their real life PAs or IPs. So, there is a 15% difference between using 110 and using 95 that you can use to your advantage if you rest enough. You'll have to decide how much rest is worth it to you.

For pitchers, are they assumed to have used 95% of their allotment, or 95% of real-life stats? That is, is there a 15% differential that you have to use, or just a 5% differential?
