Were you using Firefox when you copied & pasted?

If your Excel pasting is too big - columns too wide or too many rows - you'll get funky formatting. You might want to think about shrinking the pasted stuff before posting.

It's from the same spreadsheet as the second post, so I don't know why that would be a problem. It was just too big to paste all at once. And I also pasted it in IE. Thanks for the ideas, though...

Maybe something to do with the combination of text and spreadsheet?

Just a guess - not really sure why it aligns alright sometimes, doesn't at other times. It happens to me, tho - esp when the spreadsheet is too big

if the spreadsheet is too big, highlight the portion you want, save it as a webpage and cut and paste it in. Doesn't work 100% of the time, but 99.9% sounds about right.
