What is the word on this guy? Other than a mildly elevate bb/9 he looks quite good. Anyone use him yet? How'd he do . . . . . dee time?

41 games, 39.1 IP, 0.94 WHIP, 1.83 ERA, 3.89 bb/9, .147 oav, 0 HR allowed ... 120mil league in Municipal Stadium.

League ERA is 4.24 so a bit of a pitchers league.

Solid, but I'm not sure if he's worth the price. Cisco Carlos has 40 IP, 2.70 ERA and 1.25 WHIP in the same league, and he's about 1/2 a mil cheaper for a few more innings.

In a current champ league after 149 games he is #3 and #5 in the fireman award voting for the AL, compared to Cisco Carlos #1,#3 and #4 in the NL.

Good Inputs. I just noticed him while building another team. Is he better than '08 Joe Devine?

As a sidenote, Cisco has totally sucked for me for about the last 6 months.....

recently completed Open League, my team won 105 and used used '09 Adams as closer A. Home games at the new Yankee (0,-3, -3, +2/+3)

He's obviously the best guy, pitch-for-pitch, available in the sim. Correspondingly, he's also the most expensive. He should be on every roster in a high cap league. There are probably better values for guys who will be 90% as effective for 70% the cost at lower caps.
