TECH SUPPORT, WAKE UP! Topic

How come I'm not getting any response from you guys? I submitted tickets yesterday and they haven't even been opened, let alone addressed. This is by far the slowest response time I've encountered in 9 years.

I'm betting they're running a skeleton crew for the holidays... last Friday I asked them to transfer a team to another owner for me... it was finally done on Tuesday.

I'm still waiting for them to apply a paypal payment to my account. last time it took less than 1 hour.

They always respond to my tickets right away.......but then again I'm 8% more important than everyone else.

I sent a ticket in on this....they told me 7% explaining the log5 calcs normalize you down a point from RL (part of the update I think)

I sent a ticket in on this and told them it had better be back up to 8% by tommorrow or I'm throwing a temper tantrum! Juventino style! I'll even bust out my Spanglish if I have to! Comprendo?

My previous comment was an attempt at humor, playing on Boogerlips "spanglish" reference. But I have had excellent response from admin on issues I had in a theme league I started. The league had a player restriction, only players from 1919-forward. I should have set it up in the theme wizard, but I didn't, and we had 3 managers who drafted pre 1900 players. I submitted 6 tickets, including responses, and each was responded to within 2 hours, and this morning, the entire situation is resolved. i could not possibly be more pleased with the response from admin. The entire process, from 1st ticket to last, was conducted in a single day, and most of the time lag was from the managers not getting their teams back in, which is understandable. We can't be on the 'puter all the time, especially this time of year. Admin was on the ball, all the way thru. I have nothing but good things to say about them. This began 12/23 and was concluded this morning.

Is it not proper to show gratitude when it is appropriate to do so?? Is it not proper to express a counter point when it is appropriate to do so? Admin deserves some of the complaints it receives, and it is proper for us to complain when we don't get the service we deserve. When they come through for us, why not express that, as well??
