I have a A/A+ 1B(150g's) who has a secondary rating of D/D- (1 game) at 2B. If I start him at 2B will his defense be the D/D- or will it be around B/B+ coming over from 1B?

Am I missing something(like, moving to 2B from 1B isn't that easy in RL)?

It would be the secondary rating. Which is probably a good thing compared to the alternative. He wouldn't be a B/B+. Probably D-/D---

His defense will be the second rating. In the Centenary Progressive, I've used 1b Jason Thompson at 2nd during his career (no rating). You can check out the results on his stats page.

He's averaged @ 1 error every 2 games.
