Just curious to get some feedback from other owners.

Do you think it's better to play to your players' weaknesses or strengths with your ballpark choice (ie: if you have strong pitching, would you take a pitcher's park to make them even stronger or a hitter's park to help your offense)?

Strengths - with out a doubt. Put a home run team in Petco if you don't believe me.

There was someone a while back to decided to put great pitching and defense in Coors field, and made it to the TOC with that team.

i usually go with weaknesses, but i also try not to build either side so that it will be really hurt by the park i choose. (if i'm playing in a -HR park i won't draft all HR hitters). so typically if my pitching is stronger, i'm in a hitters park, and vice versa.

but if i have to choose i will usually choose to help my pitchers more.

strong pitching is useful in any ballpark, not the most important factor here. play to your hit distribution (i.e. HR team in +HR ballpark, low power team in -HR park), speed teams do better in pitchers ballparks, fatigue problems survive better in pitchers ballparks, etc.
