no problem w/5000 app, but why do AAA not count? since the update it looks like the AAA players are better & if thats the case why can't we use them ,per say in a platoon & save some $$$

AAA players are better by the same ratio that regular players are better. The answer to your second question is that minimums are stupid, but we have to live with it I guess, because the realists are taking over!

Overkill, they were in that same genre of crap with the likes of Raven, Manowar, and Savatage.

This hurts because I was thinking of using a rookie starter (A stamina) but then I have to have 500 PA's doing nothing.

I agree. My problem right now is I have 2 good AAA players I am willing to play full time & another player I would like to upgrade on the WW ( all 3 players are $4+ Mil each) there is a good replacement out on the WW for $7.9 Mil. How do I do this with these limits in place? Also I am only 38 PA over the limit.

It's pretty easy to get around that stipulation, really -- and to WIS' credit, it still seems somewhat effective as a guard against fatigue strategy.

We might as well tell newcomers they can go find three or maybe four, give or take, of the low-priced scrub players who have the fewest dollars per PA.

One still wonders whether or not the SLB batter fatigue penalties are as severe as they've intended/stated, though.
