So I started my first team under an alias recently, and six games into the season I get this email.

It is friendly, I had an old user name. Not an alias, but when I signed up I was dumb enough to use my actual name. They sent that username a very nice $6.00 "come back to WiS" credit and they were very friendly with that as well. I think the guy that writes that e-mail and the guy who answers your tickets (or doesn't) are clearly two completely different people.
