What do yours look like?

whats the strategy behind the 2 tandems...?

I have used L/R tandems in the past as a tactic to throw off opposing line-ups.

There isn't a whole lot of extra strategy behind tandems, but they definitly make managing fatigue 10 times easier. Its easy to see if I need to adjust one of their pitch counts up or down by 5. When I have a four man rotation, I have no idea what the hell is going on... I didn't buy any pinch hitters for this particular team, but tandems offer another PH opportunity...I used to think their ERAs would be ever so slightly better because of ingame fatigue, but apparently the percentage you see on LIVE is just an illusion. They don't start pitching any worse until they reach their IP/G allotment
