I don't think it affected leagues started before the update, if the team is in the draft center, it just won't allow you to enter the league.

It's based on the first date of the season. Due to the update and the teams that filled the day prior to the update, this is the situation.

We'll make a minor adjustment so this is not the case for those teams. This means leagues where the schedule's first date is 10/15/2009 will not have to abide by the new minimums.
