Hey just checked out the 2009 set and I don't think I've ever seen so many good fielders in one year, but who knows maybe everyone can field now.?

Eroors are becoming increasing rare due to official scorer preferences. Unless a guy botches a routine play, they aren't scored an error. 20 years ago, any ball (even one that would have been a great play) that a guy got to and missed was an error. 100 years ago, it was said that an error was any ball missed that was within "spitting distance."
