Yeah, it's difficult to compare how well guys do in a restrictive environment to how they play as a whole in the sim (thus the prog leagues statement before).  I've never done a college league mostly because my favorite schools are either excluded (UNC) or just plain suck (Bama).

Alex English and Rick Barry are pretty bad in the sim, but they're all-stars in real life.

English couldn't defend a brown paper bag, and Barry was a dick.  Can't give either one of them credit.

While he isn't really bad in the sim.. Kobe does rank as highly in the sim world as he does in real life. He is considered as a top 10 all time player (arguable but he's close anyway) but in the sim guys like T-mac and D-Wade would go before him in a SG draft. Basically, he's not super-efficient and doesn't have the amazing rebounding/assist/3's that people look for.

Actually Ashmael makes a good point. I' am going to turn one of my votes to Hakeem. He is always is underachieving. There is no stat for unguardable dream shake.

I tried using Barry, but he took volume shooter to a new level.

There were games he took almost 50% of the FGAs.

I really don't see this squad being that great, but then again there's no UNC, Kansas or UCLA...

the college league is pretty crazy....i was in it the first time it ran and made it to the championship....my best player was iverson...nuff said
